As a Client Service Specialist at Thomson Investment Group, Kendall Elliott ensures that every client has someone available when they need assistance and all client's needs are promptly accommodated. She works closely with clients from the initial onboarding to their annual reviews. With strong customer service skills and reliability, she prepares and processes paperwork, provides information on the status of their accounts and transfers, offers online access support, processes contributions and distributions, and more. Beyond delivering a high level of support to clients, she contributes to the team's specific projects.
Adaptable by nature, Kendall enjoys building relationships with clients and helping them feel comfortable and at ease with our office. Focusing attention on improving the client experience, she customizes our client’s needs based upon their expectation.
Kendall and her husband live in McKinney, Texas, with their 3 children and 3 "Doodle Dogs". When not working, Kendall loves spending time with family and friends at the lake and attending OU Football games.
