As Director of Client Innovations at Thomson Investment Group, Kendall is adaptable by nature and enjoys building relationships with clients and helping them feel comfortable and at ease with our office. From online access through our app or website, Kendall strives to ensure that the clients thoroughly understand how to access their accounts and have a full understanding of their portfolios. She enjoys helping clients understand their statements as well as finding opportunities to help the firm run more efficiently.
Due to her creative mindset, Kendall formulates marketing strategies to improve the firm’s recognition. She also researches, plans, and organizes the firm’s social media presence, which continues to grow under her helpful hand. In addition, Kendall ensures that compliance files are kept up to date.
Kendall and her husband live in McKinney, Texas, with their three children and three "Doodle Dogs." When not working, Kendall loves spending time with family and friends at the lake and attending OU Football games.
